I've just started collecting items for a party I'm planning in a couple of year's time (me, an over planner...never!). It's for the 25th anniversary of my partner & I being together & I'm envisioning a Mad Hatter's Tea Party; because 'we're all mad here'.
I want to use as many vintage things for it as I can & to that end have chosen a basic style & begun looking for items to fit that. I'm very happy to have acquired this lovely tea set on Etsy

That sounds like a really cool idea! I'm planning ahead myself for a tea party for Danae when she is at kinder and can invite all her kindy friends with decorated cupcakes and fairy costumes like a high tea. I'll keep an eye out for you with your pearly tea set :)
I have one tea cup, tea pot and cookie tray...are they of any value
